Consultancy framework agreements (hourly rate)

Workshop Facilitation (from half-a-day to 2 days)

I am a certified facilitator of workshops using the Lego Serious Play Methodology®. Participants use the Lego® bricks to align and define desired outcome. I apply this methodology for team building and for linking team & individual work to company strategy, identifying challenges and way forward.

Using Lego® bricks ensures engagement, curiosity, knowledge sharing and inclusion (as every participant builds their own model). The outcomes are a high degree of alignment and clear actions.

  • Eliminate communication and collaboration issues within a team or between teams
  • Engage employees with change within their roles and responsibilities
  • Define team value delivery and aspiration, challenges and way forward

1:1 sparring sessions (45 minutes - frequency to be defined)

We discuss challenges and opportunities and how to approach them the best way.

We define actions to be taken and follow up on outcome and experience gained after implementation.

Actions are typically taken between two sessions to allow reflection, assessment and adjustment for next actions.

These sessions are inspired by the Kata Methodology.

The aim is to provide support to middle management and help them grow as a leader.

Whether they are new leaders getting started or experienced leaders looking for a sparring partner to tackle some of their challenges.
