Workshops are an excellent way to align, engage stakeholders and find a way forward, as long as they are hands-on, time-boxed and are designed to achieve concrete outputs.

I have been facilitating workshops for more than 10 years and by listening to your needs and understanding your context, I offer to facilitate discussions and hands-on sessions specifically made to tackle the challenges lying ahead of you.

I offer classic workshops with paper and post-its to identify challenges and opportunities of a given service or process. We align on a target state and define necessary initiatives to reach it.

I am also a certified facilitator of workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology. We use the LEGO® bricks to align and define desired outcome. I apply this methodology to:

Link team & individual work to company strategy
Identify and remove obstacles preventing you from achieving set goals
Improve communication and collaboration within a single team or between teams.

These workshops are a good option for you who have the right people, the right expertise but need some help to get everybody to be engaged, understand and align on the way forward. The workshops are usually eye openers, full of insights and great discussions. They offer a strong basis for moving forward solving a complex problem together, in alignment.

No matter the format and topic of the workshop we will always end up with concrete actions to carry on the great work.
